Welcome to our Gallery for Guests

If you would like to share some of your natural history photos of the region, see below!

Here's how it will work:

First Contact

  1. Use the contact form to register your interest in contributing photos.
  2. You will receive an email asking for:
  • A short bio (max 150 words), which should include your connection with the Mediterranean Pyrenees (eg. holiday/second home/main home) & your main area(s) of natural history interest/expertise
  • Photos you wish to submit for consideration

 Photo Submissions

  1. Please submit photos as jpeg attachments to email.
  2. Include wording for labels and/or a line or two of explanation where appropriate (eg. where/when taken).
  3. Images must be of natural history within the Mediterranean Pyrenees region.
  4. Images of birds on nests will not be published.
NB. We are not taking blog submissions at this time. Text to accompany photos must therefore remain short.

Terms

  1. As site editor, Lesley McLaren's decision will be final regarding acceptance/rejection of submissions.
  2. If photos are accepted, a page will be created for you within the Guest Gallery. Your bio and pictures will then be posted after agreeing with you how best to present the images (eg. scroll through or slideshow).
  3. You will not have permission to edit your page within the Guest Gallery but you may ask for changes to be made.
  4. You may ask, at any time, for your photos to be removed from the site.
  5. If you already have photos in our guest gallery and would like to submit more, please email us direct. There is no need to use the Contact Form again.
  6. Mediterraneanpyrenees.com will not publish your photos elsewhere without your prior permission. However, it will not assume any legal liability or responsibility should any images be copied or downloaded by visitors to this site.
